Anonymous Prank Package Policy

All prank packages are 100% anonymous. We do not share sender information on a whim, simply because someone asks, or because a recipient wants to know who sent it.

If you contact us asking for the identity of a sender, please understand that we will not provide that information. The only circumstances in which we may disclose sender information are when we are legally required to do so through a valid warrant, subpoena, court order, or other binding legal process.

Please do not place us in that situation. Our service is intended for harmless jokes between friends, family members, coworkers, and others who will appreciate the humor. Do not send prank packages to anyone if doing so would violate a restraining order, no contact order, or any other legal restriction.

Other than situations where we are legally compelled to comply with the law, we will not share who sent a prank package.
