Welcome to Beersy.com (“Site”), operated by Beersy LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of Site
By using Beersy.com, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We make and sell novelty items and prank products which may contain explicit language or offensive themes. These products are intended for humorous and entertainment purposes only.
2. Products and Content
Beersy.com sells silicone sleeves designed to cover standard 12oz beverage cans, as well as prank packaging and novelty items. Some items may include adult or offensive humor and are intended for mature audiences.
We are not liable for any offense, discomfort, embarrassment, or harm caused by the use or receipt of our prank items. Purchase and use of these items is at your own discretion.
3. Orders and Fulfillment
All products are fulfilled in-house and shipped from within the United States. We ship both domestically and internationally. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information, as we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Payment Processing
Payments on Beersy.com are processed securely through Shopify and its integrated third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your payment information.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all prank packaging sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for prank packages. For other products, refunds or replacements may be issued for defective or incorrect items at our sole discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
6. Prank Package Disclaimer
By purchasing prank packaging or novelty items from Beersy.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• All prank package orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. We are not responsible for stopping or intercepting shipments, even if the intended prank recipient has not yet received the item.
• Beersy LLC is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use, delivery, or reception of prank packaging, including but not limited to emotional distress, interpersonal disputes, or legal complaints.
• Use of prank packaging is at the purchaser’s sole discretion and risk. You are fully responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and is appropriate for the recipient.
• Beersy LLC will not be held liable for any legal action, claims, damages, or penalties arising from the misuse of any prank packaging or silicone sleeve products, including those that conceal alcohol containers or mimic other types of packaging.
• Our products are intended solely for novelty, humor, and entertainment purposes. Any use that violates local laws or public regulations is the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including product designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Beersy LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. User-Generated Content
Users may post reviews, comments, and submit photos related to their purchases. By submitting content, you grant Beersy LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
